Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Jeanine Pirro, host of network weekend program “Justice,” told Sean Hannity she believed former FBI Director James Comey should be the target of an active criminal investigation.
She said Comey lied to the American people and should have been fired long before President Donald Trump fired him.
“Comey needs to be the target of an active criminal investigation, I’ve said that a million times,” she said. “Comey lied to the American people. Comey should’ve been fired the day after he decided that he was ‘the Attorney General.'”
As for 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, Pirro suggestion an investigation into the Clinton Foundation.
“If the statute of limitations hasn’t passed, go for it — or how about you start looking into the Clinton Foundation?” she added.
President Trump will address world leaders, chief executives, celebrities, and other global elites in a major speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
The Davos conference is an annual gathering of around 2,500 of the most influential political and economic leaders from around the world.
President Trump is expected to promote his "America First" policy at this gathering, which could be controversial given the pro-globalist bent of the Davos forum.

Actress and Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot made an impassioned call for unity and equality while accepting the special #SeeHer award at Thursday night’s Critics’ Choice Awards in Santa Monica, California.
Gadot, accepting the award from her friend and Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins, vowed never to be “silenced” and said there was still much progress to be accomplished to ensure equality in Hollywood and society.
The 32-year-old actress said that throughout her career, she had always wanted to portray a “strong and independent woman,” and had finally found that role in superhero Diana Prince.
“All of these qualities I looked for, I found in her: she’s full of heart, strength, compassion, and forgiveness. She sees wrong that must be made right,” Gadot said. “She takes action when everyone around her is idle. She commands the attention of the world, and in doing do, sets a positive example for humanity.”
Gadot added that when she began her career, there were very few female-led films, and even fewer female directors.
“This year, three of the top-grossing films were female-led, and one of them was directed by my wonderful Patty Jenkins,” Gadot said to loud applause. “There were eight other films in the top 100 which were directed by females. Although this is progress, there is still a long way to go.”
The actress concluded by saying that as artists, she believes it’s “not only our job to entertain, but our duty to inspire and educate for love and respect.”
“In the past weeks and months, we’ve been witnessing a movement in our industry and society, and I want to share this award with all the women and men who stand for what’s right, standing for those who can’t stand or speak for themselves,” she said. “My promise and commitment to all of you is that I will never be silenced, and we will continue to band together to make strides, uniting for equality.”
Wonder Woman stormed the box office upon its release in June, amassing a domestic haul of $412 million on its way to an $821 million worldwide gross, making the film one of the most successful of the year.
Both Gadot and Jenkins have reportedly already signed on for a sequel.
The actress’s acceptance speech comes as Hollywood has been rocked by an ongoing sexual misconduct scandal that has seen more than 100 prominent men in the industry accused of misconduct.
Actresses attending Sunday night’s Golden Globes wore all black on the red carpet as a statement of solidarity with victims of sexual assault. Many also wore specially-made Time’s Up pins to raise awareness of the newly-created Times Up legal fund, started by Hollywood talent and executives to provide resources to victims of sexual abuse.

Saturday, January 6, 2017: President Trump will deliver remarks in the middle of a working weekend at Camp David, where he is hosting a weekend retreat with GOP leaders and Cabinet members.
There was shock recently outside the gates of T.B. Joshua’s Lagos-based Synagogue Church of All Nation after an image said to be an angel was sighted around the church.
A video uploaded to Emmanuel TV’s YouTube Channel, which has subsequently gone viral, shows an onlooker outside The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) recording the entrance of the church whilst inside a stationary vehicle.

Suddenly, a flashy figure in white is seen mysteriously crossing the road and entering inside the Church premises.
Joshua’s social media channels requested reactions from viewers, the overwhelming majority asserting that the figure was an ‘angel’ caught on camera.
“I have watched the video 20 times,” wrote a commenter known as ‘Baty’ on YouTube who described himself as a professional graphics editor.
“This is not a reflection of any sought, neither is it editing; it’s a pure angel,” he concluded, citing the height of the ‘being’ and the speed of its movement.
Nnadi Uchenna contributed: “What I saw was not a reflection of any glass or shadow. It was actually a moving transparent object in human shape… For me, it is an angel of God.”
However, not all were in agreement. “Not all ghost-like creatures are angels; that doesn’t look angelic to me,” opined another person called Lugano.
President Trump on Monday unveiled a national security strategy that enshrines his “America First” approach into U.S. policy, stressing American strength and economic security and putting rivals like China and Russia on notice.
“America is in the game and America is going to win,” Trump said, making clear that the United States will stand up for itself even if that means acting unilaterally or alienating others on issues such as trade, climate change and immigration.
In a 20-minute speech, Trump said the U.S. faces “an extraordinarily dangerous world” and one of his goals is to make sure the U.S. is “leading again on the world stage.”
“America is coming back, and America is coming back strong,” he said.
Trump, who released his 68-page national security strategy ahead of his speech, said he is making good on campaign pledges that he promised would “revitalize the American economy, rebuild our military, defend our borders, protect our sovereignty and advance our values.”
Trump’s national security strategy, a document mandated by Congress, is based on four principles: protecting the homeland by restricting immigration, pressuring trading partners, building up the military and otherwise increasing U.S. influence globally.
Trump also took on the rise in North Korea’s nuclear aggression and painted China and Russia as U.S. rivals despite his own relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which included two telephone calls last week.

“China and Russia challenge American power, influence, and interests, attempting to erode American security and prosperity,” the strategy document says. “They are determined to make economies less free and less fair, to grow their militaries, and to control information and data to repress their societies and expand their influence.”
The strategy accuses the two nations of “developing advanced weapons and capabilities that could threaten our critical infrastructure and our command and control architecture.”
While Trump in his address did not mention Russia meddling in U.S. elections, the written strategy also calls out Moscow for “using information tools in an attempt to undermine the legitimacy of democracies” and says adversaries like Russia “target media, political processes, financial networks and personal data.”
In a shift from the last administration, Trump's strategy also refers to the "jihadist" terror threat and "Islamist" terror groups.
“We will pursue threats to their source, so that jihadist terrorists are stopped before they ever reach our borders,” it says.
Further, the strategy backs off naming climate change as a major threat. The last such strategy document, prepared by then-President Barack Obama in 2015, declared climate change an "urgent and growing threat to our national security."
The Trump plan removes that determination -- following the administration's threat to pull out of the Paris climate accord. The strategy sets a goal of being an "energy-dominant nation" and says that the United States "recognizes the importance of environmental stewardship."
Despite the risk of potential isolation presented by certain elements of Trump's strategy, its fundamentals are not a surprise.
The strategy emphasizes that U.S. economic security is national security. And it stresses that the U.S. is interested only in relationships with other countries, including in alliances such as NATO, that are fair and reciprocal.
The strategy also details the threats of "rogue regimes," like North Korea and says it is “confronting the danger posed by the dictatorship in Iran.”
The document credits the Trump administration with crushing ISIS in Syria and Iraq and vows to “continue pursuing them until they are destroyed.”
"Some of our partners are working together to reject radical ideologies and key leaders are calling for a rejection of Islamist extremism and violence," it says. "Encouraging political stability and sustainable prosperity would contribute to dampening the conditions that fuel sectarian grievances."
Despite international challenges, the document cites emerging opportunities to advance American interests in the Middle East.
The strategy document asserts that "for generations the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians has been understood as the prime irritant preventing peace and prosperity in the region. Today, the threats from radical jihadist terrorist organizations and the threat from Iran are creating the realization that Israel is not the cause of the region's problems. States have increasingly found common interests with Israel in confronting common threats."
Monday’s “national strategy” is the first of a number of reports the Trump administration is expected to roll out over the next few months that takes on counter-terrorism, biodefense, nuclear posture and missile defense.
Republican Senate Candidate Roy Moore refused to concede the Alabama senate race on Tuesday, after his opponent Doug Jones declared victory.
“God is always in control,” Moore said during a short speech to supporters on election night.
The current law in Alabama requires a mandatory recount when there is a half of a percent margin, but Moore remains 1.5 percent behind his opponent, Doug Jones, who was declared the winner with 99 percent in.
Moore cited Psalm 40:2 to give his supporters hope:
I waited patiently for the Lord. He inclined to me, heard my cry, brought us up out of a horrible pit out of the mirey clay and set my feet on the rock and established my goings and put a new song in our mouth.
“Wait on God and let this process play out,” Moore added.
A Moore staffer urged supporters to wait, noting that the military votes had yet to be counted. Moore is about 22,000 votes short, but it is uncertain whether the uncounted votes tally up to that number.
“May God bless you as you go on, give you safe journey, and thank you for coming tonight,” Moore concluded. “It’s not over and it’s going to take some time.”
The election is scheduled to be certified by the Alabama Secretary of State by Christmas, but a recount throws that result into question.
Doug Jones is scheduled to be sworn into the Senate in early January.
